#repost from @kxpmusic ..... Close-ups of our installation Silent Sea at Terminal 2 of West Harbour. Unfortunately not from the finished piece so @kxpmusic ‘s great soundscape isn’t audible. Designing this hanging daylight sculpture was fun and the form found its way naturally from the daylight studies I made of this space. But the production and build of this fiddly thing was insane. Luckily there were the best people involved and we got there in the end. Hundreds of working hours later we’ve just finished building our piece for #enterhelsinki ... It’s my first independent daylight installation. Together with @kxpmusic we have made this work for the beautiful space of West Harbour Terminal. All this was made possible by dozens of people full of commitment, wit, perseverance and skill. ✨ 💜
